IMPORTANT:
In order to return any item from Topamonline.com you will have to get an authorization number first. We will not accept any item returned without our concern. It is your responsibility to Contact Us first.
Returns and Refunds of Delivery:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser on
all returned orders.
Refunds will be for the merchandise amount only.
We do not refund any duties, taxes or fees paid on the order.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled within 7
days of delivery for a full refund, a 15% restocking fee will apply after 7 days.
Items should be returned in their original packaging.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result
of our error (meaning that you received the wrong product).
Exchange policy: To exchange an item you first need to contact our Customer Service department. Please attach a note including your order number and the new size for the exchange. And $5.00 money order/cashier's check to cover the Shipping & Handling for the replacement.
Also, to return an item you will need to contact our Customer Service
department for a Return Authorization Number and donwload our Return Authorization Form here in order to return any item that you have bought on TopamOnline.com
Note: All Shoes sold in the Outlet category are NOT refundable NOT exchangeable. We do NOT take any returns on sold outlet products.
